Each of our International Management Programmes will kick off with an intensive onboarding at our German headquarters in Hamburg, including a field force assignment to gain profound, hands-on experience. This will be followed by several rotations throughout the various departments with the possibility to also perform international assignments aboard.
The goal after successful completion of the programme is to take over a management role within our Central Europe North (CEN) Area.

In this programme, you will be at the leading edge to analyse and assess how regulation impacts our business. You will learn what “corporate communication” entails and how we drive the transformation of our business towards #ABetterTomorrow - both internally and externally. You will gain hands-on experiences while learning what “corporate campaigning” means.
